David has helped me with the sale of two properties, one in White Rock and one in El Rancho. Both of these properties were inherited from deceased family and both came with additional challenges. David showed strong community ties and skills in working through distribution of the not needed items to area charities and nonprofits and moved the properties to sale. David went above what I believe most Realtors would have preferred to deal with in these sales. Even more, David worked with me as an absentee owner, as I lived over 1,000 miles away in South Texas.
